By accessing and using Rating BD ("the Service"), available at rating.bd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service uses the YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Rating BD is a content analytics and ranking platform for the Bangladeshi content industry. The Service collects publicly available metrics from YouTube and other platforms to generate rankings for channels, content, and people.

Rankings are based on publicly available YouTube metrics including view counts, likes, comments, and subscriber counts, collected through the official YouTube Data API v3.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest data from the Service in an automated manner without permission
• Misrepresent data or rankings from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

The Service, its design, text, graphics, and other content are the property of Rating BD or its licensors. YouTube content, trademarks, and logos remain the property of Google LLC.

Channel thumbnails, video thumbnails, and other YouTube-sourced media are displayed under the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Rating BD does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of rankings or data.

Rankings are generated from publicly available data and may not reflect the complete picture of any channel, content, or person's performance.
